    Yes, you can try Cytadel for free with the Starter plan. It includes two free episodes of Cytadel, our game-based security awareness training platform.
    Pureversity offers 3 main plans. The Starter plan offers 2 free episodes for 5 learners, giving you a small taste of Cytadel and the Members Area. The Professional plan includes current and future seasons with support for 250 learners.     Yes, Pureversity charges a one-time setup fee of $20 to ensure that you get the best experience with our products while only paying for the users you need. The setup fee only applies to the Pro plan.
    You will be able to access all the features of your current plan till the end of your current billing cycle. Once your plan expires, user data for ALL users will be deleted and your account will automatically switch to the Starter plan with an option to create upto 5 new users who can play two episodes.
